Explore the newly developed Kaiteriteri Mountain Bike Park, the firebreak tracks in the Kaiteriteri Forest or cruise to the many local sights!

Armed with an area map, kit bag, bike and helmet you will have all you need to experience the local mountain bike tracks and see the sights. The riding in the Kaiteriteri Forestry is awesome for those that are more experienced with the majority of tracks being advanced riding, and for those looking for beginner to intermediate level riding, the newly developed Kaiteriteri Mountain Bike Park has a fantastic network of trails that link in with the forestry, with tracks for every level of rider.

Many of the trails in the Kaiteriteri Forestry begin with fairly steep and technical sections that carry on to fantastic flowing singletrack. The surface is predominantly clay based which makes the top parts susceptible to rain damage, but there is still plenty of fun to be had. Mountain bike experience is required if you are intending on heading into the Kaiteriteri Forestry. All of the trails in the Kaiteriteri Forestry area lead into the Kaiteriteri Mountain Bike Park.

Please note that there is absolutely NO biking on the Abel Tasman Coastal or Inland Tracks (except the Rameka)
